One of the first tasks Morris Technology President Jim Goodlett faced after the company's launch in May 2004 was ensuring that employees could communicate efficiently and cost-effectively with clients and affiliates around the country. With travel, staffing, and training costs all high, and escalating, the company realized that one key to achieving bottom-line goals was to minimize top-line costs. It turned to Mitel.

When we began our search of a new phone system vendor in 2005, you were eager to discuss option you could offer to accommodate our needs. You worked hard to determine the most efficient way to structure a system to include our various office locations. At the same time, you did not pressure us into any signing an agreement to get a “special discount” within a certain timeframe. You simply gave us your best bid and re-worked it only because we discussed changes to the set up. You helped me to compare your bid to others to ensure we were looking at equipment and services from other companies on equal ground.
Our decision to award our contract to INS was one we are very pleased we made. You and your team made the transition work very smoothly. INS worked around our schedule and in conjunction with our contracted computer network administrator. Upon finalizing the installation, I specifically recall that you offered to add a particular piece of equipment at no cost to us because you took responsibility for not including that item in the original bid. I really respect your business ethics. You definitely stand behind your word.
Your staff is always very professional, courteous and responsive. After three years, it continues to be a pleasure to work with you and the whole INS team.

Since the year 2000, Glynn County has solely utilized a Mitel PBX and VoIP telephone solution. During this period, INS has been the exclusive support provider for our system. They have professionally maintained and supported all aspects of the system and together we have fostered a very amicable working relationship. They provide excellent service response both onsite and electronically. Their highly technical staff is competent and customer centric. I would not hesitate to use their products and services for any future communications need. In fact, Glynn County is in the process of developing several more ip based solutions and Mitel/INS will most certainly be the provider.
