You can schedule, cancel or change any conference and get an instant confirmation. Usage reports and billing information is readily available and exportable to your spreadsheet programs. Customers may also call, fax, or E-Mail scheduling requests to the AT&T Scheduling Center with as little as 31 minutes notice during business hours. A certification conference will be scheduled prior to your first actual conference to ensure that all systems are go.
