We recently had the good fortune of being introduced to Rich Neal and INS, when we were at the height of frustration with our poorly operating telephone system and the company that supposedly supported it. We were relocating to a new facility and wanted to make sure that when we did, our phone system operated flawlessly.

For two years, we had been struggling with bad connections, line feedback, inaudible calls, and more with our Toshiba system which was fairly new and had never worked properly. We were at the point of no return and ready to throw in the towel and purchase a new phone system - until we met with Rich at his office.

We spent a lengthy amount of time discussing the options and opportunities of a new phone system, and after hearing our needs and concerns, Rich stated that he felt we could accomplish these goals with our existing phone system. Although wary, because we were so sick of the problems, we took a leap of faith and gave Rich the opportunity to relocate and install our system in our new location and then reprogram it to meet our needs.

Rich and his team were indispensable during this process. They were thoroughly organized, prepared, knowledgeable, and ready to meet any challenge that came their way. On the first weekend after installing our new system, when we were unclear on how to transfer our weekend calls to our showroom, Rich showed up on Saturday to solve the problem. We now have a fully functioning phone system for about 10% of what we would have invested in a new system. We are extremely satisfied clients and Rich will be our vendor/partner for our phone system for as long as he'll have us!

We have worked with INS on our phone systems since 1992. INS has always been very responsive to our needs, whether that includes adding or moving phone lines, helping interface with the local phone company, or troubleshooting when an issue arrives.

In 2007, we replaced our traditional phone system with the Mitel Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) product. The installation and training ran smoothly, and the employee responsible for this project spent plenty of time showing our IT staff how we could make updates on our own, easily moving phones as needed, adding new users, and updating greetings, prompts, etc. The product has been rock solid, and has allowed flexibility we didn't have before such features as transferring calls anywhere, even if out of our system also has allowed for telecommuting where callers do not realize they are talking to someone at a remote location rather than at their desk.

We selected INS and the Mitel product after an extensive marketplace search of IT providers and VoIP projects, even creating a thorough RFP process with presentations by the vendors who entered proposals. We have not regretted either decision since (INS or Mitel).
