Consulting - System Evaluation and Analysis
Our ability to listen and ask the right questions, combined with years of broad
based experience in communications systems and network services brings cost effective
solutions to your voice and data networks.
At no cost to you, INS will meet with you, review your existing telephone system
configuration, and your telephone bills, to help you determine how you can make
your system more productive, and more cost effective. You do not need to buy from
us to get our opinion, and we will not try to sell you something you don't need.
Many times, the person who originally purchased or administered your system is gone,
and gone with them is the information you need to effectively operate your telephone.
Knowing INS is the only information you need.
Maintenance Contracts
INS supports all major brands of telephone and voice mail systems under our
maintenance contract program called the TSS - Total Service Solution. Unless specifically
noted, we stock critical spares in our Savannah warehouse for all system types under
contract.
INS provides full parts and labor maintenance coverage for virtually all telephone
system makes and models. Our standard coverage is provided seven days a week, 24
hours per day. We also include troubleshooting and repair coordination for your
local telephone services. This means one point of contact no matter what the problem,
and no additional charges if the problem is not in your equipment.
Benefits of maintenance contracts with INS include budgeting of repair expenses,
preferred response time, extended life cycles for older technology, and reduced
costs for system adds, moves, and changes.
Outside Plant Installation
INS has years of experience in the installation of outside plant cabling and
protection systems, including the installation and termination of optical fiber
and buried copper cabling.
Commonly, customers will have the need to connect multiple buildings at their business
locations for provision of voice and data network services. Depending on the size
and application, INS can provide connectivity with the installation of a variety
of copper and optical fiber systems. Using techniques and materials that meet National
Electric Code standards, INS will help design and install the most cost effective
and reliable outside plant for each customer's requirements.
Repair and Support Services
Whether you purchase your phone system from INS or not, we provide time and
material support for repairs and system additions on all major brands of telephone
systems and peripheral products.
If you are like most people, you can no longer find the person who sold you your
existing telephone system. Most companies will tell you that they can only help
you by selling you a new phone system. INS maintains spare parts and technical documentation
for a wide array of older phone systems. We are equally happy to support your existing
system as we are to sell you a new one. We say, "Buy a new system when it will benefit
you, not because you think you have no alternative."
Telephone - System Sales and Installation
INS is a Mitel Platinum Elite VAR, and an authorized dealer for Teleco/Toshiba.
INS sells and installs systems ranging from 2-3 phones to multi-site networks with
hundreds of phones.
INS will interview the prospective customer to determine the customer's size, budget,
and applications. Based on the results of the interview, INS will develop budgetary
proposals for the customer for the system which we feel is the best fit for the
particular situation. We will then re-confirm the customer's needs and applications,
present options for consideration, and fine tune the proposal to make it as cost
effective as possible for the requirements at hand. Our goal in the sales process
is to neither oversell nor undersell, as we both appreciate the value of a customer's
money, yet understand that the customer wants no surprises in the long run.
When a decision is made, INS will coordinate the necessary information gathering,
cutover timing, training, and post installation follow-up. If necessary, the cutover
can take place after hours, without additional charges to the customer. We will
then modify the system software for thirty days at no additional charge, in order
to insure that the system operation is specific to the customer's needs.
Voice Mail - System Sales and Installation
INS sells and installs a variety of proprietary and open voice mail systems.
Those systems range from cost effective, basic systems to Unified Messaging platforms,
from manufacturers like Mitel, Teleco, Avaya, Keyvoice, and many more.
As with telephone systems, the voice mail sales process is one of listening to the
customer, and determining the customer's needs. It is particularly important to
understand the interaction between the customer's telephone system and their voice
mail system, and INS specializes in understanding the intricate requirements of
systems integration. After the purchase decision is made, INS works along with the
customer to plan system operation, develop menu choices, identify special message
notification needs, and to train both users and system administrators to optimize
the benefits of voice mail for customers.
